About quality management
We are building a quality management system based on ISO 9001!
We believe that our products are essential for quality management, supporting activities such as managing customer work environment standards and product performance evaluations. At Techne Measurement, we recognize our obligation to provide our customers with the best products and have established a quality management system based on ISO 9001. ISO 9001 is an international standard for management systems aimed at providing consistent products and services and improving customer satisfaction. Additionally, we are the first in Japan to be registered as a JCSS calibration provider in low dew point ranges from -10°C to -70°C. JCSS is a system where NITE (National Institute of Technology and Evaluation), on behalf of the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, registers calibration organizations based on the Measurement Law, established to ensure the reliability of high-precision measurements and quality management. Only organizations recognized through an examination based on the Measurement Law (including skill tests and document/field audits) as meeting the criteria for calibration capability, quality systems, and uncertainty estimation methods can be registered as JCSS calibration providers.
